As health doesn't allow me to dive today, I decided to save a mermaid instead! ☺️
As breathing plays a big role in yoga - we focus on the breath, we hold the breath, we move with the breath, we work with the breath - let's start here!
We all breathe - day and night, awake and asleep, automatically.
Very often too much, too fast.
Breathe consciously, give it a try:
Take a moment and make yourself comfy, arrive, how to you feel today? Your body, your mind? Bring your awareness inwards.
Maybe close your eyes.
Inhale and exhale deeply and then find back to your natural rhythm. Observe. Where can you feel your breath? How does it feel? Is it more deep or shallow? Fast or slow? Is there any difference or are they all the same?
If you get distracted by any thoughts or feelings, recognize it and bring your focus gently back to your breath.
Try not to interfere or change anything. Whatever it is, it is ok.
Trust. Be aware.
Start with a few minutes! Maybe listen to some relaxing music.
Let go of your focus with a deep breath, exhale thru your mouth.

Yoga is not just physical exercises or acrobatic, it is a way to find a better connection with yourself, treat yourself better, get to know and extend your physical and also mental bounderies, find acceptance... it can help to relieve tensions after a long working day and a lot of sitting, to balance your body's sensations, to calm and ground during a stressful time, to stay focused and keep a clear head for decision making, support a good sleep, even train your eyes when a lot of screen-work and much much more!💫🙃

My cycling adventure today began with the answer: "Sure, just drive the way up tbe hill here until you get back to the road, then you don't have to go down the other way and up again"... Well... Krk, an island paradise for cyclists... Well... 😅
But the result was an adventure, with twice the distance and time, but a lot of nature, some challenges and a lot of enjoyment! Transverse through the cracks, so to speak...
My wrong paths not only demanded a lot endurance steep uphill, but also some skills - rocky paths, branches in the spokes... What always accompanied me was that joy for adventure, curiosity to explore, desire new paths to follow!
So my tour turned out differently than expected, I didn't visit any new places and no beautiful new beaches were discovered either- but I've grown, with the challenge, got to enjoy it in the middle of nowhere, cycling around, not knowing where to go. Without any path and without any destination. An attitude that has already led me exactly where I should be. To me! 🤎
You too, take the time to listen to yourself, to follow your inner voice, to rediscover the desire to feel joy, even if it is not going on like you planned it and do not just accept it, be in the moment and recognize the beauty in it.
Go for it and enjoy the crazy ride - so-called life!✨️
