Local musicians, web3 educated, paid fairly, and thriving. Temp Chek is creating micro-markets, Youni Fest is creating the experience.
'Temp Chek' is the vessel used to achieve 'Youni Fest'.
Even though there are apps like Lenstube & Beats, I find myself posting all videos & audio clips on Lenster as I know they will show up on these other platforms regardless. Makes me wonder what's the value add to having these different platforms? Maybe there's a way to make each of them more exclusive while still staying interoperable.
Lenstube tends to be laggy & glitchy with uploading videos which is why I just chose to do it on Lenster.
This could be my ignorance, but my question is, what's the true value of having all of these other platforms if you can do it all on one?
As I ask that question, I'm thinking that it's more valuable for the user, once it's more accessible & mobile friendly?...
Also, maybe it would be helpful for collectors to see what TYPE of collect is each post more clearly. For example, if It's a free collect, vs a paid collect maybe there's a green circle that displays on the top left/right. And if it is a paid collect, maybe there's a price tag on it haha. The price tag may be a bit much, but you get what I'm saying. Making it easier for people who are just scrolling through Lens.
I definitely have thoughts working with the Lens platform for our creator grant. Like what's the end goal? We interact a lot with non-web3 native Musicians, and I believe the greatest value add for them is that every single person on Lens is in Web3 which gives them direct access to web3 network. I'm not sure if Lens is looking at it this way, but I think this is the way. Would love to talk more about this if interested!
