Have you read last month’s issue of Thumbs’ Update? In it, I made the case against copyright using nostalgia and leisure as the anchor points for this discussion. Essentially, I talked about video games and emulation.
I’m working on the December issue now. If you want to support and encourage this kind of content, mint a digital collectible, or consider becoming a patron on Hypersub for a credit in the issues themselves.

The new Apple Pay feature is great but the fees are terrible.
I don’t use AI very much. But one thing I think it’s good at is parsing large amounts of information and letting you know where to follow up with research of your own.
I have been playing a bit more with Venice.ai because I think it’s a cool project and I hold the token that makes me a pro user.
On Venice Pro, you can choose from amongst several open source models. I tried Hermes and Llama for this one but preferred the output of Llama.
Don’t have much more to say on it at this time but Im sure I will in the future.
Interesting study in collaboration with the Internet Archive about the pace at which the internet is disappearing.

I asked Llama ( v3.1 405B) to explain the key distinctions of ATProto, Lens Protocol v3, and Farcaster based on their docs.
How do you think it did? Are there any mistakes or anything to add? @stani ?
The last message is the only relevant one thought I left the whole conversation for transparency.
You convinced me to read the newest updates and buy some more haha
Here's your assignment for the weekend:

Get some $MINA, get an Aurora wallet, and check out what they have: minaprotocol.com/blog/custom-tokens-now-supported-on-auro-wallet
Convince yourself that you're super early, and this could be the next Sui.
➡️ Why? Because you're indeed super early and this could be the next Sui. Because Mina is now becoming a decent L1 platform after years of development. Bridge, NFT standard, DEXs will come in December and January.
Good luck!
Funny enough I finally got around to setting up a Mina wallet (using Aurora) just the other day. I’ve been interested in Mina since I heard Izzy Meckler on @theblockchainsocialist podcast almost exactly two years ago.
It’s one of those projects that flies under the radar, but I agree big things are coming.
It wasn’t until I saw this post that I realized I could download the fancy branded version. I was screenshotting it before 🤦♂️
