Hey! Nice to meet you! And.. to answer your question, I love to write about this stuff, so of course! What would you be most curious about?
The next essay on this subject has now dropped. Thank you all for your readership!
This was such a nice comment to read. Chat soon?
totally where my head went too!
I created a TON of sitecoins, some of which (google, amazon) are doing quite well already.
I also created $WIPPY, a memecoin, and LP'ed that against $PageDAO.org on Uniswap, then minted Bring Back Satire's (d)ISBN record and URI as a "Bookcoin" and airdropped some to the Gutencasts holders over on Base.
I further LP'ed $BringBackSatire against $WIPPY on Base, just to get the mesh effect going if we can. And I think there will be more. It's pretty fascinating to see the bonding curve, finally accessible within the PageDAO's orbit, and what this economic mechanism can do for us. But yea, so 2 memecoins and 2 LP tokens also. And I did the Bridge contract for $GRND to get to Base!
Insanity, huh? I have never minted so much in my life.
yeah, they have machines that help us create the alpha waves too, going all the way back to the eighties. basically, it's a pattern of neural activity that's supposed to be better somehow. you're relaxed maybe when you're generating these waves of electrical activity. like a lot of early neuroscience, it's weak inference from observation without a lot of substance, but it's fascinating nonetheless.
the interesting thing for me here is that the higher order processes that make up consciousness can be parsed, and yeah the dichotomy between different representations of the same higher order idea at lower levels is... idk - maybe it's just a non-natural move to hold both in awareness at once? maybe it's something like having 2 languages to communicate in, which can boost cognitive control by requiring the suppression of the L1 to activate the L2?
many questions remain about what's being specifically triggered, neurologically, and individual brains are so different that it's even possible it's one way for you and another way for me.
Accidentally made this week's NFT a 1/1!

This reminds me of times I've been needlessly conflict-averse. What was I so afraid of? I think it comes back to mostly just not having been as engaged as I'd of liked to be at times. Checking out was how I coped with things I couldn't control. Really enjoyed this piece ser!! Keep 'em comin'!!!
