I’ve always believed in order to keep going, you need at least one day to fully reset & rejuvenate
Today I’ll be:
- Soaking my feet
- Doing my full skincare routine
- Touching grass
- Doing things outside of work that make me happy
This is how I keep myself going. Mondays also suck anyways so why not take care of yourself instead!
