Last post about tacos then I’ll be moving on!
Had some leftover ingredients so I decided to make a Taco Power Bowl with quinoa as the base & tortilla chips from the tortillas I made the other day! 🌮
Also paired it with an avocado, cilantro & lime sauce to give it a bit more flavor. It was delicious!

Made homemade tortillas yesterday 🫓
They’re flour tortillas & took me about 1 hr 30mins to prep. They taste delicious, & much better than store bought tortillas!
Mindfulness can also contribute to your motivation levels by reminding you to slow down, breathe & focus on the end goal
Sometimes our emotions can be our biggest enemy, slowing us down & causing us to get wrapped up in them. This can then spark procrastination
By taking some time to remind yourself of the steps you need to take when you’re feeling any of these emotions, we can reset, remind ourselves of the goal & focus on achieving it
