Now that I’ve cooled down a bit after the Chile vs. Argentina match: After watching it again and seeing some replays, I'm not as heated as I was yesterday. After a game, you're always fired up, so... well, that’s the intensity of football, and that’s what I love about it. But now, looking at it more calmly, I think... Argentina played really well. I’ve watched almost all the matches of the Euro and Copa America, and for me, without a doubt, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, and even a bit of Colombia, are at a very, very high level. I believe that one of those four will be the champions. I feel that they are really a step above the other teams. It’s not just because of the players, but also the style of play. You can tell they have a great time on the pitch, and I really like that. That’s why it hurt so much to lose against Argentina. Because I felt like we had it, we were so close. And I truly feel we could have won that game if it weren’t for 👀... some defensive mistake during that corner. But honestly, I don’t know. I was amazed by my team’s performance yesterday. I feel there’s a new Chile after Gareca signed with the team. I feel we really have a team to compete now, unlike previous years. It’s very painful to change a team, to replace very important players like Vidal and Gary Medel. And I think we should also consider moving on from Alexis Sánchez. I truly believe this new generation gives us hope. I really liked the play of Darío Osorio and Echeverría. I think those two will dominate the midfield in Chile’s future. And honestly, it was a great match. I loved how Argentina played. Every time Messi got the ball, I was on edge. I never felt comfortable during the match. It was really good. Chile had two chances; we can't ask for more. But I think Gareca has really given the team a new face, and it makes me hopeful.
