What's your favourite coffee origin? People always mention Colombian coffee, but I tried a lot of varieties and my favourite so far is this one, from Bolivia, roasted and distributed by Kissaten Tostador here in Buenos Aires.
Of course plant variety and altitude plays a significant role too.
I wish there were new songs that sound like old nu metal. There's something in the sound and arrangements of the first albums of legendary nu metal bands that got lost over the years, some examples:
All these are songs from the first albums of each band, and are pre-2000.
For those that make espresso at home. What coffee dose do you use? Do you do single or double shot?
I finished my coffee setup with a grinder. I got the Starseeker Edge, it was a bit of a bet, but I'm pretty happy with it. Low retention and great grind settings!
I'm looking to get a coffee grinder. I only care about espresso, I don't think I'll want to use other brewing methods anytime soon.
I'm in Argentina so I don't have many options available unfortunately. Sorted by lower to higher price, these are the candidates:
I was leaning into the Fellow Opus initially, but then I saw many reviews pointing that is not really good for espresso, and it only makes sense if you care about other grind sizes (which I don't really).
Also, the prices can be distorted. The ESP is same price as the Opus. The two DF64's are 2x the price of the Opus. The DF83V is 3x the Opus' price.
Any opinions? Also, does it worth to consider a manual grinder instead of an electric one?
