Driving is freedom of movement, where the road becomes your blank canvas and the steering wheel becomes your brush with which you create your work of art.

It seems that many people have begun to forget how important it is to take care of their physical and emotional health. In our fast and stressful world, it's easy to forget that you need to rest, eat right, exercise and spend time with your loved ones. I want to remind everyone that we must take care of our body and soul in order to have the strength and energy to solve everyday tasks and achieve our goals.
Therefore, today I propose a small challenge: every day for a week, devote at least 30 minutes to the exercises that you like. It can be yoga, jogging, gym classes, dancing or something else. The main thing is to do what brings you pleasure and helps to maintain health.
In addition, try to set aside time every day to communicate with loved ones. It can be a call, a message, or a personal meeting. Share your thoughts, feelings and successes, support each other and do not forget how important it is to have people you can rely on.
Let's take care of our health together and stay strong and energetic! #Takecareofyourself #Takecareofyourhealth #Takecareofyourclose #challengesoftheweek #healthylifetimes
Once our team traveled around Africa for a while in a jeep. One day we stopped for a snack, and a huge cloud of blue rats accumulated. We were so amazed that we just stared at them as they slowly walked past our camp.
We went on a trip to South America and one night arrived at a small settlement on the border of Brazil and Paraguay. We knew we had to cross that border to get to the next city, but we weren't sure how to do it. Finally, we found a young local guy who was ready to show us a way to cross the border - across the river by boat. We agreed, and it was a real experience to travel on a dark river by boat, hoping that we were really moving in the right direction.
When I was a student, my friend and I went on a trip to Europe. We were in Germany and our budget was already almost exhausted, which meant that we had to look for places where we could stay without spending a lot of money. One day we found an old church that was open to pilgrims. We decided that this is the perfect place to spend the night. We spent the whole night in the old church, where it was so quiet and peaceful that we felt like living museums.
