Applied to speak about the Fraction Token at ETH Tallinn, DAppCon24 Berlin and ETH Prague this year - to highlight the importance of building something just for fun, even if the "token project has no real-life-usecase".
Got rejected by all of them 😢
On one hand it's ofc a bit sad that I didn't get the chance to present it - and that the organizers concluded the project isn't interesting enough. On the positive side, it takes away again any pressure.
2-minute presentation on the FRACTION Token Project by @seliqui at the DAAA (Digital Asset Association Austria) event this week 🥳
(Apologies for the poor audio quality, as it was recorded on a phone)
The two most important things are "Open Actions", which enables new interactions right from the feed - from swapping or providing liquidity, to new things like renting a post like a billboard. The other thing are the Bonsai NFTs, who are linked to the Bonsai Token due to the DN-404 setup.
The core team behind Bonsai consists of @carlosbeltran , @natem and @seliqui
Carlos: Solidity dev, co-founder @madfinance
Nate: Solidity dev, co-founder @madfinance
Markus B.: Mediadesigner & Frontend-Dev, co-founder at @0xminervawallet , @superfluid ambassador and builds the @fraction_token project in his spare time.

Lens is an on-chain social protocol where users own their profiles and the connections they create, all secured by the blockchain. Content is also secured, either by data availability (Arweave) or by being posted on-chain for paid collection as NFTs. If you are familiar with Web3 and non-custodial applications, Lens guarantees that no one can take your profile and followers away from you. It's yours forever.
Apps and algorithms are provided by third parties (you might be reading this post from a third-party app now). Users can also choose their algorithms, and more feed algorithms will be available as the application and algorithm ecosystem evolves.
I hope you enjoy exploring Lens and all the apps here. It's just the beginning, like Ethereum back in 2014 and Bitcoin back in 2008. The community can make the most out of Lens by creating valuable and meaningful discussions, producing high-quality content, and collecting content to support creators.
The future of Lens is yours to shape.
Streaming live simultaniously on Twitch, Youtube and Bloomer is pretty hard to do (and even if you manage to get a live stream going, you'd have to monitor 3 audiences to react to).
Uploading it afterwards also takes some time, since you have to create some stuff for it, write the descriptions, download the feed & reupload it, etc... So being live for 2-3 hours easily starts to take up 3-5 hours in total.
Just trying to figure out where the time/resources are spent best.
After all, it's a token with no real-life usecase and just a DeFi Experiment 😅
Help me out here please 😄
It's about the FRACTION Development Livestreams.
Where to livestream and where make previous streams available long-term? 🤔
