Onboarding, onchain privacy and emergent trends & use cases in Ethereum
Ethereum is getting closer to the point where users will interact with apps without even being aware of the layers underneath. I find this really exciting, as it suggests mass adoption is within sight.
I just claimed "Social SWITCH Pass" on Coinvise, check it out!
Ethereum needs to make the switch from services like Guild_xyz & Gitcoin Passport, that authenticate users by linking their Ethereum & Web2 accounts, to truly decentralized alternatives like @Sismo_eth, that offer greater security, privacy & sybil resistance using ZKP technology.
Would @opensea please allow me to block offers of $12 for a NFT that is worth at least $12,000. Because its like, you know, insulting.
If I had to guess what the best big meme-coin is going to be, I'd predict a Llama token issued by LLama Corp.
Crypto will be much broader than simply trading digital assets, ultimately becoming part of the new era of automation, with blockchain technology harnessing AGI and robotics within cryptographic systems that provide a safety feature AI doomsayers seem to have overlooked.
If you think #Web3 has bad UX try changing details on your smart devices & social apps following a move. B/c what was once easy enough IME has now become a frustrating mess of different authentication procedures that make apps like MetaMask & signinwitheth seem like scifi tech
I believe that individuals involved in cryptocurrency seriously underestimate the progress we have made in enhancing the user experience of Web3, while simultaneously failing to fully appreciate the stagnant development in this area within social media and mobile ecosystems.
To illustrate this point, contrast the convenience of being able to sign into virtually any Web3-enabled site with a single account against the cumbersome process prevalent in mainstream platforms, which typically involves accepting cookies, creating a unique username/password for each site, solving captchas, and authorizing access on an additional device.
It is astonishing that users continue to tolerate this inefficiency despite the streamlined alternative provided by Ethereum.
Crypto's next break-out use-case and catalyst for the 2025 bull market will be an L2 that, like Ethereum to Bitcoin, is a step-function improvement in blockchain technology and adoption; with this protocol's native token also likely outperforming ETH, just as ETH's relative growth in value has outperformed BTC in in previous market cycles.
