there’s def clinical evidence to back up the claims which are basically 30 percent fat loss and 25 percent muscle gain in targeted areas via a certain number of sessions. depends on your goals tho i suppose. mine is to try and “reboot” my weak af core which seems to be a thing ppl have used it for
ya basically haha!! i’ve looked into it for a long time but was way too pricey for me in usa but this is within reason here so finally jumping on it. will do more sessions in usa i think when im in vegas in december cuz it should be cheaper than LA. i’ve lost a lot of weight so now im low enough BMI to do it and like i said i really wanna “reboot” my core/obliques/glutes. aesthetics are secondary atm but im sure in a year or so i can do it for looks haha
it makes your muscles contract insane amounts in a 30 min session which primarily does targeted muscle building but there’s also a fat loss component too. for me im trying to kickstart/reboot my core muscles since i basically have negative core strength!!

awesome! i’ve been dialing in my setup in prep of travel but also making sure i have all the components i need. i’ll try to post a photo soon
😅i read some studies and there’s at least some evidence it helps as part of an overall strat 👀
but i will revisit the latest on this since i hadn’t looked at sources in past couple years since doing so!
re: microneedling, probably going to start doing “Clear and Brilliant” treatments at some point on a recurring basis cuz it’s a less intense version of Fraxel that seems to be pretty effective w/o having a lot of downtime
i do and it’s been a bit of a journey since i couldn’t really handle the powdered route (into drinks) due to taste/texture/smell, so tried different ingestion methods like capsules or in food specifically with high added collagen. eventually set out to find capsules w/ little to no taste/smell to get minimum clinically effective dose of 2.5g a day and after trying a few i found one that’s not perfect but good enough. 3 pills, 1g each. primary goal of supplementation rn is for skin, not joints so 2.5g should be enough!
me too! i’ll keep @skincare in the loop
i was early glossier girlie so will always be one of my go to. i like that it’s more of an aesthetically pleasing alternative to something like the ordinary and they have makeup too. it’s more pricey but not like top prices. overall the stuff is pretty good and has worked well for me.
their eau de perfum is my favorite tho
