Day 12 - I started a new project that initially my dad inspired me to. He gave me a small fragment of a rug he cut with a long thread connected to. It reminded me of a sculpture I did called “Dream”. My dad is very inspiring and creative. He plays music, he paints, he writes and truly a nature lover. We talked about an art piece that can expand the idea of rug using ceramic tile and thread. And I started making the first series of tile which is going to be part of an art installation.
