Baked pumpkin And steak with vegetables
Cut the steak with small pieces bake it with onions, paprika, garlic, carrot.
In the oven:
1 small pumpkin
cheese
walnuts
1-2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1-2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake the pumpkin at 190°C for 25 minutes. Once you add the cheese, return it to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

250 g flour (I prefer to use wheat flour)
500 ml milk
Little bit salt
Some are backed with cheese, you just add what you want, bacon or fruit,sugar, etc!

Fried plantain slices with guacamole 🥑
You need: green plantains how many as you want, oil to fry, salt, avocado, pepper, spices and coriander (optional).
Peel the plantains and cut cross-wise into 1/2 pieces. Bake these a little bit in all sides, take them out and place the plantains on a piece of plastic wrap and cover with another piece of plastic wrap. With a flat pot cover, press well on the pieces of plantain flattening them 🙂 and after bake them again until these get a a little bit brown, than they are ready and crunchy.
Make the guacamole in another bowl, I always put salt, little bit pepper, small pieces of coriander, all is to you how you like it the most.

Banana Biscuits recipe:
Ingredients - Butter, super, self-raising flour, and bananas ripe.
Method: mix slightly cold butter with sugar and mix, add finely chopped bananas, and gradually add the self-raising flour start mixing with your hands, the dough must not be too dry or too sticky, it must not stick to your hand, add more self-raising flour if too sticky, or add more butter if too dry. Once you have made the dough, make any shape you want and place it on a baking tray with parchment paper, bake in the oven on a low heat, top bar for about ten minutes, then bottom bar for another ten minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
