We need to consciously cultivate genuine interest in others, listen without agenda, and value connections for their inherent worth rather than potential gains

Overcoming this challenge is not just about moving away from a transactional mindset and returning to a more relational one that can enrich our individual lives, but also about fostering a society built on empathy, mutual understanding, and genuine interpersonal bonds
