3 months shy of 13 years on Instagram I surpass my follower count on @lens after just 22 months of sharing who I am / what I do / what I’m about. These are the first 10 images I ever posted to IG that had to be in-app photographs. The time was July 2011 as I worked on a summer-long snowboard film in Whistler, BC, Canada. I had moved out of my house in SLC to spend the summer on the glacier, which turned out to rain every day but 3, then make the trek back through Utah, grab my things, stop in the Chi & continue on to NYC where I blindly had a room waiting for me, knew few people, & had 10k saved with zero jobs lined up. Biggest leap I ever took, until now with Japan I guess (:

I took my return ticket from Paris for the next day because who wouldn't want to take advantage of strolling through its streets a bit more. I'm leaving you with some new locations to visit in Paris, good food, and photogenic buildings 👇🏽

🇫🇷 Restaurant Chez Francis, with a view of the Eiffel Tower from its garden, where it's hard to decide whether the exterior or interior is more beautiful. The prices are quite high, so expect to spend 40+ euros for a meal + drink, but in my opinion, it's worth it 👌🏽

🇫🇷 Cathédrale de la Sainte-Trinité, a Russian Orthodox church located towards the end of the bridge, entrance is free, and the domes in combination with the Eiffel Tower (10th photo) 😍
