Sometimes we seek validation from absolutely stangers in social media.
Oh, how much people liked my photo? Do they think I`m pretty? Do they like me?
Ita all about our trauma from childhood. We didn
t hear enough from the closest one, that we are pretty, we are enough, we are worthy and etc and we try to compensate this from this fake social interactions in virtual world.
What about your self-attitude? Do you validate youreself BY YOURSELF? Do you say yourself a compliment? Do you like yourself: your personality, your appearance?
