Architectural Designer turned 3D Artist. Helping grow the Blender community.
I apologize I have been a bit quiet on here lately! Going through a breakup and finding new housing takes up more time than I realized
Accidentally threw out a wink last night. And now afraid i’m turning into my grandfather 😂. Maybe the wink comes in around 35 years of age
@grams made me realize I never actually talk much about myself on the internet. So I thought I would introduce my real world self 😂.
My name is Jordan, and I started a custom furniture company a long ass time ago. That is where I learned how to 3D model. So we could show our clients concepts before we built their actual pieces.
After doing that for like 10+ years, I decided to open up Blender and jump into visuals that are way more fun to make. Aka, 3D modeling where I don’t have to be concerned about structural integrity or physics 😂. Been working in Blender for about 1.5 years now, and most of my clients are now visuals/animation work instead of furniture. Which is a nice change of pace.
Putting my shit in storage and going nomadic for a couple months. A good road trip up highway 1 always treats the mind right
Bad Furby! #3
Our Mom evidently got into a scuffle with some lady at Walmart when buying us these in like 1999. When she gave them to my siblings and I on Christmas we literally had never even heard of them. Poor Mom…
Bad Furby! #2
For anyone who had one of these that would talk by itself in your toy box at 3am when you were a kid
Been busy with moving apartments lately, but managed to create these Bad Furby! renderings for a recent group art show here in LA
Forgot how fun renderings could be until I decided to create some new pieces for the upcoming website
Designing your own portfolio/website is much harder than designing for a client haha
