playing my singing bowl and journaling have become essential to my daily routine. i'm intentional about what i listen/watch first thing in the morning. that means no social media/phone use for at least the first hour and i brain dump all of my worries on pages rather than letting them swirl around in my head.
some days aren't perfect, but that's the point. it grants me the space to observe how i show up differently every day.
the other day i had the idea that instead of listening to calming music, i can make my own. new skill unlocked. ✨️😊
