What if the way others react to and interact with us is a reflection of ourselves?

The energy we give to them is the energy we receive back

We often assume that X or Y is mean to us, but what if we take responsibility for our actions and realize that it is we who are reflected in them?

This change, this reflection, I believe, is seen instantly in some people but not in others

If we are more willing to act with love, kindness, and empathy in each of our interactions, we may receive it back

This energy, imo, compounds. The more we give, the more we get back

Everything, in my opinion, begins with ourselves, and the moment we accept responsibility for our actions, everything may change🌹
