" H O R I Z O N "

Definition: -A circular imaginary line whose observer is the center and where the sky and the sea (or the earth) seem to merge.

-Future perspectives in a field It is from these definitions that the project was born during the month of April 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic.

The world then stopped and suddenly it seemed as if it had pressed pause, with a sea exempt from any navigation or other activity. Living in front of the sea, the artist took the time to go and take pictures of this "Horizon" In the manner of the observer who is in the center, the viewer's gaze is guided towards this imaginary line which separates the landscape into two symmetrical blocks, the nuances of colors which reveal the sky and the sea come to merge in the center of the image, it is then that we perceive the entirety of the scene. An explosion of nuances and an obvious softness then emerges from this Horizon frozen by the artist. In a society where we do not overvalue contemplation, silence, withdrawal and downtime, where everything must constantly go faster, the Horizon series is an invitation for everyone's imagination to project itself for a break, and become aware of the obvious beauty and fragility of nature.
