@yoginth - any chance we can get a little embedded player to listen to Lens tunes while we scroll around Hey? I want to be able to put on a song and then go to other profiles, etc.
Wrote this song a while back called Cheap American Trauma.
I wrote the lyrics and chords, then put the voice recording into a program to modify different parts. It's not quite right, but I like where it's at for now.
AI is not going to kill music. Big artists have had people writing their music forever. They have teams that do it.
At the end of the day, someone has to get up on stage and put that music into the bloostream of the audience and make them believe.
Another slow song I wrote up in the mountains at Priest Lake in Idaho, which is a very beautiful lake.
Whenever I get up in the mountains and deep in the forest, I get almost immediately existential. This song is a little collage over a few days.
I am going to be hosting a remote "AI prompts + more" workshop in about 3 weeks, with the goal of teach the basic tools of how to use AI across GPT, DALLE, Midjourney, as well as how to build an agent and a few examples.
Honestly, my head is hurting from processing all of this. It's also been a little fear inducing as it's hard to see how marketing is going to be even remotely the same in a few years.
If you're interesting, just respond in the comments or DM me and I'll send out an invite. It will be 1-hour (30 mins of presentation and 30 mins of talk).
The more time I spend on Lens, the more it’s hard to be on Twitter. I really enjoy how positive and creative everyone is here.
** Warning, I tend to write a lot about growth marketing and this is one of those posts **
Over the weekend, I was playing around with GPT3 and having it create (through a script) arbitrary columns (in the 100s) in a CRM based on data attributes from company and contact accounts. I then had it write outreach scripts based on those attributes.
It can produce thousands of variations that are so good.
What I get excited about though, is the level of depth that customer personalization can go. It's not about spam, it's the opposite. It's designing systems that can learn and communicate at a personal level.
In my experience, my teams have been limited by sheer creative management capacity (you can't create 1,000 campaigns), but seeing that that requirement is dissipating right before our eyes.
Personally, I am so excited to watch this. What about you?
I am going to be creating a lot of posts related to Growth Marketing. I love to run experiments on all things growth and share out results.
Would love to know who might be interested in this type of content?
Diving head first into Lenster - loving what I am seeing.
Shout out to @yoginth.lens
