Today is a typhoon day with heavy rain and strong winds outside. The best choice is to stay at home, watch a movie, and cuddle with the cat.
I wish to be a cat, so free,
To sleep wherever, whenever I please,
Curl up in the warmth, a peaceful spree,
Resting in moments of pure, quiet ease.
There's something puzzling: the cat has somehow decided to poop on the bed in the rarely used small room in the house. I can't figure out if it knows that's not a litter box. A more likely explanation might be that it's venting its frustration with me?
When this little one tried to jump onto my lap, the nearby tuxedo cat swatted it down. So I went to pick up the cat that was about to retreat, but it struggled and didn’t want to be held. I really don’t understand the dynamics between these cats.
Sometimes being chubby isn’t a disadvantage. For instance, my cat often sleeps in corners that I don’t pay much attention to, making it likely that I might accidentally roll my chair over its body. But if this cat were a big, fluffy, and noticeable chubby one, the chances of that happening would be much lower.
"Recently, I've been spending more time playing with the other black and white cat at home, and the silver tabby seems to have grown a bit distant. However, when I put it on my lap to play, it doesn’t struggle to escape, so it seems like it hasn’t started to dislike me after all."
No matter how you're sitting in the chair, the cat on your lap always manages to find a comfortable position to relax.
When my parents visited for a few days after a long absence, the cats at home seemed not to recognize them anymore, hiding in the corners of the room on high alert whenever my parents were around. I really hope they can adapt and relax soon.
Whenever I take a break from reading and look up, I always see a creature quietly observing its surroundings, bringing an inexplicable sense of comfort, especially knowing I can always pick it up and cuddle it anytime I want.
Sometimes, a furry cat feels like a plush toy, but when you actually hold it, it's soft and warm, clearly reminding you that this is a living creature.
