 We are not at rest; we are on a journey, our life is a movement, a tendency, a steady, ceaseless progress towards an unseen goal. We are gaining something, or losing something, everyday. 

To get a thorough understanding of oneself is to gain a correct view of oneself and be a sober realist -aware of both one's strength and shortage.

"For, although it may sound silly to some people, these things are the 'stuff' of life. The little things we are put here on earth to enjoy.

Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special. Don' t set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.
