Raccoon Proof of Garbage is a proposed consensus mechanism for blockchain technology that combines the advantages of both Proof of Work (PoW) and Proof of Stake (PoS). It is based on the idea of using the garbage (i.e. the unused resources) of the network in order to reward miners for their work.
