#lensfrens, meet Cupcake 🧁, our 6th rescue this year. Found her at a coffee shop last week (1st pic). The owner of said shop was keeping her as a tool to catch rats (where I live, this is common).
Unfortunately, the owner did not feed her and her cage was super small and dirty. As a result, she developed an eye infection and had a slight limp in her front right leg.
I'm not sure if it was the right thing to do, but my gf and I "abducted" her, brought her back home, cleaned and fed her and took her to the vet. Today, she's doing much better 🥰 (2nd pic)
