Thanks man. Yeah i'm doing full range of motion. Been doing this type of training since covid when my gym closed. Had some setbacks but now i'm back in full force 😃
This is great for overall conditioning. I'm on the way to 200 pull ups in a single session. Did 180 today in 45 minutes.
I used to do them daily but now I became too lazy to get up before work. Need to start doing it again now with nicer weather!
