With the wrapup of the #HUGOpenStudios last week I finally got around to finishing the mini project I've been working on titled "Multi-Verse of Mental Wellness".

November being men's mental and physical well-being month I set out to create a series of images and videos through #promptography that used my own LoRA and some other SDXL base generations that were created using colour pallets, emotions, and descriptions of different neuro divergences, mental illnesses, and disorders...for example - ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, PTSD, and Eating Disorders to name a few.

The end goal was to try to personify and encapsulate these disorders in an effort to humanize the struggle for folks where this is their lived experience. Like all art, I find the process of working through what's in my mind's eye and getting it out of my head and into some form of visual media both cathartic and enlightening, so I hope you enjoy.
