So easy to do: prep the cabbage in boiling water for 2min, then gently squeeze the water out, and roll the minced beef in it like a nem. Fry it and boom, it’s bomb.
My latest banger: Chinese cabbage leaves stuffed with spicy minced beef and miso sauce. 🥹😋
