一套200W的房子，假设100平米，土地成本要100W这个叫楼面价，各种税费40W，建安成本2000一平米共20W，房地产商赚40W，去掉各种公司运营开支，最后才赚20W。
200W的房子，某某净赚140W，地产商才赚20W，本质上房地产商只是给政府和银行打工的，包工头的角色，赚点辛苦钱。
房价不是炒房客和房地产商炒起来的，但凡脑子没问题都能看清楚这个问题的本质，
