Shadow Work
There is a sense of melancholy that sometimes hits me. It has always been there, but recent events in my life have made this feeling a bit more prominent. Thankfully I have found solace in art, music, friendship, and family.
But there are times when I need to just sit with the feeling, and let go of the fight. I simply embrace it. This piece of music honours the shadow work we sometimes undertake; the process of navigating through the darkness in order to find light.
