Today we will remember the victory,
About the terrible and great war,
Lilac branch we wave
Beautiful, sunny spring.
Let's honor with a minute of silence
All those who gave their lives,
Vivat to beloved veterans,
To all who fought bravely.
We wish everyone a peaceful sky,
Smiles, joy, dreams,
Let the echo never come
That terrible, fiery war.
She's a queen of her own kingdom,
A beautiful and strong woman,
Her heart is filled with kindness,
Her spirit is full of love.
She's graceful and confident,
A leader and a friend,
She works hard to make her dreams come true,
And never stops until the end.
How to fry fish
Begin by preparing your fish. Rinse it off and pat it dry with paper towels. If you are using a whole fish, gut and scale it. Cut the fish into fillets if desired.
Prepare your batter or breading for the fish. This can be a simple mixture of flour and spices, or a store-bought breading mix.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Use enough oil to completely submerge the fish when frying.
Dip each piece of fish into the batter or breading, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Gently place each piece into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the fried fish from the skillet and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Serve immediately with your favorite sides!
