On Base, using Rabby, the amount of gas needed tends to show higher.
More often than not, changing the gas to be slightly above the average shown results in a quickly processed transaction with cheaper transaction fees.
So much is still wonky about the state of web3 logins.
Still often surprised by how much more room there is for growth and better UX.

With the number of scams out there getting unsuspecting users to click nefarious links, it's wise to have a central place that people can rely on for "good" links. Oftentimes, a good place to find these "good" links is a webpage or a dedicated Discord category.
Many social media platforms have limited real estate for links, making this task a little more difficult.
Luckily, there are tools that can provide a quick way to list out relevant links via a single link.
I recently changed my Twitter bio link to a new tool. Thought this was a great opportunity to go over some of the tools I've tried and how you might use them.
Linktree
This has been my go to for quite some time. I have used them for social accounts for many Web2 projects.

Their base plan is free, but they do have paid plans that provide more options to help with monetization, customization, and marketing.
Lynkfire
Lynkfire is the most creative of the bunch. It's as much a way to showcase links and content as a way to show off a portfolio of work.
Here are a couple of great examples of what can be done with the platform:

Their profiles are pretty simple to set up and organize. I love the ability to add featured content in a streamlined and elegant way.
In addition to creating a beautiful way of displaying links, you can add in a bio as well as work and education experience. For those with extensive ETH NFT collections, you can showcase pieces in your wallet in an integrated fashion.
If that wasn't enough, your Link3 profile is just a small part of the ecosystem. You can participate in community events and earn FanPoints (FP) that are redeemable for various prizes.
As a fan of gamification, I'm excited to see where this goes.
Overall, I can't say that one of these platforms is better than the other. It probably depends on who you are and what your main purpose for showcasing links is.
