$STRK from StarkWare was officially deployed in Ethereum on November 2022. 🐺
Since then, the team has been moving tokens around.

• Being the StarkEx L2 user (dYdX, Immutable X, etc).

If you got the dYdX airdrop, you probably have $STARK too

There is also 8.1% that's "Unallocated", to be decided by the community.
This can also mean an airdrop to past StarkNet users if the community decides it.
This is why some still speculate that trying new StarkNet protocols (even now) might get them $STARK in the future

• There has not been a $STRK airdrop confirmed for StarkNet Early Network participants, but there is around 8% of the supply that's "unallocated"

For community members and discord communities, snapshot was taken on Feb 14.
For NFT holders, no snapshot was taken, anyone who holds the any of the eligibile NFTs will be able to claim. I would not buy any of these anyway.
