The latest release of @focalize.lens adds support for individual desktop notifications.

Easily control the types of notifications you receive, or opt to have them combined into a single one with a total unread count.

My favorite feature is when you click on one, it leads you to the relevant deep link rather than simply a notifications screen! If I click the top one in the screenshot, for example, I'm brought directly to the comment from @punkess.lens where I can easily respond and engage.
