【ワシントン＝坂本一之】米国防総省は３１日、ロシアの侵略を受けるウクライナに対し、地対空ミサイルシステム「パトリオット」の追加弾薬など最大３億ドル（約４２０億円）の追加軍事支援を実施すると発表した。
追加支援では、機動性が高い移動式防空システム「アベンジャー」や携行式地対空ミサイル「スティンガー」などを供与し、ウクライナの防空態勢を支える。
また、高機動ロケット砲システム「ハイマース」用の砲弾や１５５ミリ榴弾（りゅうだん）砲の砲弾、地雷除去装備なども支援する。
昨年２月のウクライナ侵略開始後、米国の軍事支援は３７６億ドル超に達する。国防総省はウクライナへの軍事支援で「同盟国やパートナーとの協力を続ける」とした。
