All BTC staked during this duration will be accepted by the protocol. 2. Cap 2 is scheduled to to open on 9 October 2024, around 11AM UTC 3. Unbonding transaction fee reduced to 0.00032 bitcorn. 4. Points per block increased from 3125 to 10000 per block. 5. Min limit same as cap 1 but max limit increased to 0.5 btc
