@paladin has built the hub for GHO and Aave users.

Dullahan is the best place to borrow GHO and offers the best yields on AAVE.

Paladin is a long time contributor to the Aave ecosystem. They started at the @aave  x @ethglobal Hackmoney Hackathon in January 2021 where they developed a vote market for stkAAVE. Paladin released the first version of their stkAAVE vault in September 2021. At it’s peak the vault had 60,000 stkAAVE deposited.

Dullahan leverages @gho to create a second generation of their stkAAVE vault. The supercharged vault provides:

• The best passive yield opportunity for AAVE holders

• The cheapest place to borrow GHO

In addition to compounding the AAVE rewards from the Ecosystem Reserve, Dullahan sells the discount on minting GHO offered to stakers creating a market for these ‘Renting fees’.

Paladin was awarded a grant from Aave Grants in March 2022. The grant help to cover the costs of an audit from Pessimistic. The full audit report is available on Paladin’s Github.

Awarded during September and October, these projects have the potential to make lasting impacts in the Aave ecosystem with their unique solutions and all-star teams

1️⃣ Polynomial Protocol

@polynomialfinance is a decentralized derivative trading exchange powered by Synthetix on Optimism. Their new product feature will leverage Aave flash loans for funding rate arbitrage, a popular delta-neutral trading strategy.

2️⃣ Wasabi Protocol

Wasabi unlocks Aave liquidity for levered token exposure, improved capital efficiency & increased interest.

Buyers use liquidity previously reserved for borrowers to facilitate margin trading with minimal upfront investment, slippage & price impact.

3️⃣ Alcor Finance

Alcor Finance is a next-generation options AMM. It’s capital efficient, completely decentralized, viable on Ethereum mainnet, and allows liquidity providers to earn the spread fees from options market-making.

Alcor's liquidity providers will be able to keep funds in Aave to earn additional APY.

4️⃣ Clique

As part of an upcoming attestation campaign on Optimism, Clique will increase Aave’s V3 retention rates, cross-pollinate between users of similar protocols, identify power users, and target growth through user recognisability.

5️⃣ Ambos Finance

Ambos Finance is on a mission to simplify DeFi lending for both crypto natives and newcomers.

By integrating Aave's lending protocol with their state-of-the-art UX and UI, Aave will become more accessible and user-friendly for all.

6️⃣ Aeris Protocol

Aeris Protocol is building under-collateralized loans on top of Aave, targeted towards institutions. Users will gain access to capital-efficient yields while driving borrowing volumes and activity to Aave.

7️⃣ Flair

Flair offers reusable indexing primitives to make it easy to receive, transform, store, and access on-chain data from any EVM chain. Developers and protocols will have a new way to analyze and evaluate Aave's historical data across all deployments.

We're excited to share the 3️⃣ new Aave grants awarded during June. Let's take a look at what they're building in the Aave ecosystem 👻

1️⃣ Governance Facilitation for Aave by Boardroom

Boardroom has contributed a weekly Governance Recap to the Aave DAO since last September. This new grant will see the recaps continue for another 6 months.

2️⃣ Libree DAO’s Treasury Credit Delegation

Libree has created a Credit Delegation plugin that can be used by any existing and new Aragon DAO. This plugin allows DAOs to deposit their treasury in AAVE and grant a credit delegation on other DAOs, projects, or users. This will enable DAOs to make their treasury more capital efficient and to execute automatically approved credit delegation proposals.

3️⃣ Decentralized Analytics for Monitoring GHO’s Health and Stability

@dapplooker.lens will create comprehensive and customizable dashboards for @gho.lens with deep analytics & multiple parameters. A portion of funds will be used to engage the community on Metrics DAO to create new analytics.

1️⃣ Sommelier Finance

Sommelier Finance is enabling the creation of state-of-the-art DeFi strategies that leverage Aave v3. Their Real Yield ETH vault by Seven Seas Capital and DeFine Logic Labs has already directed close to $5M to v3 for leveraged staking.

**2️⃣ Liquidation Backtesting Tool by @wardenfinance.lens**

Building upon their previous dashboards to enable anyone to simulate historical liquidation profitability for all Aave assets and deployments to validate the robustness of liquidation penalties.

3️⃣ Xenophon Labs

Xenophon Labs will perform an analysis of the Aave Safety Module and deliver a:

🧪 Research paper that determines an optimal value for the slashing percentage.

⚖️ Forum post — and governance vote, once the SM requires it — to optimize the slashing percentage.

4️⃣ Mosaic

Mosaic will continue building their data analytics platform, including provisioning Aave Liquidity data, creating a model from that data, and generating insights from the activity of Aave LPs.

5️⃣ Console by Brahma

Console will help to onboard users to Aave, improve security, and enable non-custodial asset management. Console will streamline the @gho.lens minting and position rebalancing process by leveraging Safe and @gelato.lens.

6️⃣ DeFi Simulator

DeFi Simulator will internationalize its Aave debt simulator to allow people across the globe to understand their Aave health factor and borrowing power in their local language and currency.

7️⃣ Credit Delegation Marketplace by ProtoFire | Milestone 2

The second milestone for ProtoFire.io's Credit Delegation Marketplace built on Aave using a peer-to-pool model. Current progress is visible in their Github.

1️⃣ Risk Radar for GHO by Into the Block

Into the Block's Risk Radar will empower Aave and GHO users to make informed decisions about the protocol and their positions. The dashboard will include custom-made risk indicators for GHO and be freely accessible.

2️⃣ Block Analitica

Block Analitica will build upon their popular and high quality Aave Risk Dashboards by adding support for GHO. The new features will help users understand the stability and solvency of GHO including user, borrower and liquidation metrics.

3️⃣ Awesome Aave

Awesome Aave will be the ultimate platform for discovering and exploring the most exciting projects in the Aave ecosystem. The one-stop shop will highlight different projects built on top of Aave including previous grant recipients.

4️⃣ Cryptografiq

Cryptografiq will enable users to automatically lend tokens received from various streaming protocol, like Sablier or Llamapay, without having to claim them. This will allow tokens to earn yield for users on Aave, rather than sitting dormant.

5️⃣ Strateg Protocol

@strateg.lens is building an omnichain social yield infrastructure, allowing the creation of complex yield strategies without any lines of code, which users can share with their community and be paid for. Strateg will integrate Aave so strategists can use Aave to create strategies (including automated loan management) and users can invest in strategies that leverage Aave without having to worry about the chain or the starting token.

6️⃣ Senate

Senate is a governance facilitation tool that reduces the friction of participating in governance. First outlined in a TEMP-CHECK, they will build tailored features for Aave DAO starting with email notifications for governance activity.

7️⃣ Aave Inspires Ladies in Blockchain by Ladies Network for Economic Freedom

Aave Inspires Ladies in Blockchain is a conference in Ghana that will educate around 50 women on blockchain and the Aave protocol. The event will promote entrepreneurship and create awareness of Aave.
