MSB (Money Services Business) license is a financial license supervised and issued by FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Bureau under the United States Treasury Department), mainly supervise businesses and companies related to money services.
The scope includes international remittance, foreign exchange, currency transaction/transfer (including digital currency/virtual assets), provision of prepaid items, issuance of traveler's checks and other businesses. Companies engaged in the above-related businesses must apply for an MSB license in order to operate legally.

According to BlockBeats news, a screenshot of a fake Alchemy Pay official email from an unknown source has been circulating in the community, spreading the message that "Alchemy Pay will stop serving Chinese users".
BlockBeats contacted Alchemy Pay to confirm that the screenshots are not true messages and that Alchemy Pay has never sent or communicated email messages to users with similar content. Alchemy Pay has never entered the mainland Chinese market and will not provide any services for mainland Chinese companies.
