Yes, I hear ya, I have fully mastered this over the years. Even better, just find a cafe or hotel lobby beside the venue and tg people to come meet you there - you get to sit in cafe all day working between meetings, avoid the noise, get very focused meetings and can go to hotel and chill, and next day Wake up early and fresh. Happy hours are for amateurs 😂
