Why no one is talking about the improvements OpenSea is doing? The app and UX is becoming so good and lot of improvements over the past year, example the cart checkout feature, slide to confirm a transaction, live transaction data and updates and much more

I don't think Opensea's UX improvements go unnoticed, but I am more impressed by the work of the new emerging platforms in the same direction: Manifold, Zora, Highlight, Gallery.
OpenSea has been making some good improvements to their platform but here we have new entry like blur that offer more analytics tools and incentives for its users. I've recently been trying out magically.gg which I personally see a great potential

It may be because everyone thinks that the appearance of blur made Opensea feel a sense of crisis before making improvements.
