1/ Redux Culture

Redux is about killing the cool features that are not mission critical.

The failures are easy to spot. It鈥檚 the cool ideas that are hard to say goodbye to.

A good example was our decision to discontinue Talent Tokens.

2/ Hackathons are our playground.

In the last year we made hackathons our team鈥檚 playground and, as a result, we shipped a lot of cool new consumer experiments.

From prediction markets for scholarships and goals, to Builderfi and ETH Singapore.

3/ URL + IRL

We've been a distributed and async-first team since day one. Our mission is to support builders, so we should be a global team.

But IRL team moments have been critical to shape Talent Protocol V2 and our vision for an onchain resume.

4/ Talent Passport & Builder Score

We calculate a Builder Score for every Talent Passport, making it easier for builders to find each other.

By leveraging both offchain and onchain data, we can start brining real reputation onchain.

5/ CoinList Airdrop Campaign

A rewards campaign to could battle-test Talent Protocol V2.

In 5 weeks, we issued 80K+ new Talent Passports (8x our initial goal), making it one of the best performing CoinList campaigns, with 212K+ UAW.

6/ Manifesto for Onchain Builders

As the world commemorated Labor Day, we cheered for the onchain builders and their contributions to a better tomorrow.

25+ organizations and 10K+ people signed the manifesto, raising 12+ ETH to support builders.

7/ Builders Day

On May 1st we also marked the birth of a new tradition鈥攖he Builders Day.

A day to celebrate all who are born to build, and can鈥檛 be bossed around.
