066 - What do you want from me?

That day I travelled from Italy to Portugal to visit Lisbon for the 2nd time. The first time ( lenster.xyz/posts/0xd3a4-0x88 ) I spent 1 month, while this time I had scheduled four months of work with A., as part of a collaboration for my Ph.D.

Before travelling, I was living in Salerno in a lovely flat just for me ( the same one that I mentioned here: lenster.xyz/posts/0xd3a4-0x01a8 ). It was not easy to leave that flat and start living again the life of the student, sharing space with someone that you don't know...

In any case, with my Ph.D. salary was impossible to afford two flats at the same time, so I packaged all my stuff (including books and paintings), left almost everything at A.' house, and brought just one suitcase and my beloved backpack with me.

When I took off from Naples' airport it was rainy and cloudy, but when I arrived to Lisbon it was sunny and clean. That was almost a metaphor of that moment: it was a super cloudy moment with the Italian university and what I've got from those days working with A. in Lisbon was pure light.

Today's drawing was made in the airplane, listening to Pink Floyd at a maximum volume because there were some Italian children screaming so loud that I could barely do anything else but to resist until landing...
