The Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids of Egypt, and it is also the best example of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Based on some evidence, Egyptologists believe that the Giza pyramid was a tomb for Khufu, a pharaoh of the fourth dynasty. For this reason, it is also called Khufu's pyramid. The building was built around 4,500 years ago with 100,000 workers in 20 years. Khufu's pyramid is one of the largest structures built on earth, and with a height of 138 meters, it was considered the tallest human structure on earth for 3,800 years before the construction of Lincoln Cathedral in England.
