May 17th 2021, we launched the minting of 10,000 digital collectibles of Lucha Libre Wrestlers in a pixel art style.

The mint was free, plus the cost of @chainlink.lens VRF, 2 $LINK, to randomly generate attributes, art and other metadata

Each Luchador could obtain 0-8 attributes (no 8 attribute luchadores occurred).

Rarity can be derived from the table below: 7 > 0 > 6 > 5 > 1 > 4 > 2 > 3

👾 LUCHADORES

Before anything else, joining the Luchadores Club allow you to participate in our grand experiment of unstoppable and transparent game-building.

Luchadores, ERC 721, have their art and metadata stored on Ethereum when game mechanics and tokenomics are stored on Polygon.

All Luchadores are equal, starting with 323 HP and 88 stats, this means that a rarer Luchador is not stronger, only its yield will be higher.

Indeed, to encourage healthy distribution and fair game progression, since December 24, 2021 and for a period of 1 year, Luchadores owners earn LUCHA according to their rarity.

🥊 FIGHTS

In order to build a competitive Luchador to win Tournaments or Liga Mayor, players choose 3 skills, from currently a dozen , and 1 passive before entering the ring.

Luchadores attack each other in turn and each successful attack loads their Mojo Gauge (energy)

Once charged to 100, the Mojo Gauge empties to trigger Skill 1

Skills run in chronological order until one of two Luchadores is knocked down (HP = 0)

Wearables and trainings but especially the skills/passive synergizing with the statistics, the whole sprinkled of random trustless with the Chainlink VRF make the fights exciting and the outcome sometimes surprising

🎁 LUCHADVENT CALENDAR

To bring the project to the Bloomers, once a day, from December 1 to 24, we will post about the Luchadvent Calendar.

To participate, Lens users should follow Luchadores.lens & #LMCC (Like, Mirror, Comment & Collect) posts to have a chance to be drawn.

Each post will be collectible against a dust of Matic (0.001 MATIC) to avoid bots.
