DAO will spend $36 million, 50% cash - 50% ARB to fund the operation of the Arbitrum Foundation in the first year.
馃憠AIP-1.2: Modify some governance terms of the Arbitrum ecosystem. Among them, there is a request to lower the ARB token threshold required to pass on-chain proposals from 5 million to 1 million ARB.
