kudasaiで紹介されてた諸々
自分で蒸して温め直した蒸し豚をサニーレタスとエゴマの葉とキムチとネギと酢味噌で包んで旨かったす〜
蒸し豚はめちゃくちゃ良い豚ってわけではないけど、臭み無し、よく蒸されてて柔らかい、皮付きだからプルコリとした食感もありで良かったす
肝心の白菜キムチも単品でも旨いし一緒に巻いても旨かったす、甘さ辛さ酸味控えめ旨味多め
(個人的な好みはもうちょっと甘めかも?)
ご飯もがっついて満足!
Various items introduced in kudasai
Steamed and reheated pork wrapped with sunny lettuce, egoma leaves, kimchi, green onion and vinegared miso.
The steamed pork is not the best pork, but it has no smell, is well steamed and tender, and has a nice crunchy texture because of the skin!
The kimchi was delicious on its own or rolled up with other ingredients.
(My personal preference might be a little more sweet?)
I was satisfied with the rice as well!
