Reading guide1, seems you can retrieve every transaction related to an address. ( I'm really excited about the function, 'cause I met similar problem which I had to set a backend to read blockchain data internally and the trouble now can be easily solved with the Alchemy SDK!)
Not finished the guilds yet, but I've already foreseen the potentials Alchemy SDK will bring to DeLetter.
