1. Good overview to understand the project and get started fast.
2. Easy to locate according to my needs.
3. Good writing. The docs is not only easy to be understood, but also provide thoughtful content for a topic, what's the problem it's solved, why is the project designed this way, extended reading, e.t. I think that's the most distinction between a fine doc with an excellent doc, I learned a lot about frontend after reading the docs of Nextjs.
   And I also love some docs, provide playground for developers to try immediately, like: unocss.dev/guide/ . But that depends on the project's characters 😄
