What's your favorite way to blog or publish on web3, and why?
(Please include a link to your site in the comments, and include candidates like Urbit + Studio.)
For quick tweet love lens, love mirror use to use no mumbo jumbo. Steem/hive are good but doesn't have that much audience right now it used to have
i like mirror for straight up docs but Publish0x pays ETH to write blogs cant argue with that
Mirror - clean and simple. Wish it had tags/categories - helpful for publishing different articles on same blog. Maybe in the future.
My opinion is we should break the current blog structure into a new form of experience. how might create a new form to digest and interact with long form content rather just put another blog clone out there... social graphs and communities grow through novel content experiences and not just ten times the same thing ...
My personal blog on Wordpress but I wish there were more crypto-native Wordpress plugins so I can own my entire process and reduce my dependence on anyone or any platform.
Mirror is meeting my needs. With notifications and post collecting on Optimism it’s adding truly useful features for creators. I just wish there was more of a page designer element. Maybe in the future.
mirror is great. Their write race they where holding was a really good community building tool but they discontinued it. Cent is another interesting one
Imo Mirror is good, but I feel its still very early for long content and I would love to see more new type of experiences. Urbit is something I haven't yet explored and want to
I like hashnode for developer content. Developer focused, get good attention on the website (featured post, weekly or monthly lists etc). I also sometimes crosspost to dev.to, however the web3 content there isn't very popular so I wouldn't get good traction. I started my blog a year ago, now most the readers come from twitter so the seo component and highlighting the post is not as important. eda.hashnode.dev/
Also tbh haven't tried mirror, i wanna do so w/a more general post soon.
I like mirror.xyz, they nailed the medium clone frontend and multiple authors/wallets being able to collaborate is nice. Maybe something using Lens soon to have publishing and social better integrated 👀
